START – Stress and Resilience Training (available as half day or full day workshop)

  • Stress is the adverse reaction to demands that currently exceed our capacity to cope.

  • This session helps you understand what happens when you are stressed, and recognise what your tipping point might be when stress is no longer manageable. 

  • You’ll also learn that some stress is healthy!

  • The second part of this interactive session looks at building up your resilience so that you minimise the potentially harmful effects of stress in the first place. By the end of the session, you’ll be clear about the causes of stress, what triggers it and what strategies you can put in place to build and maintain your resilience.
